Our catering division is run by staff with years of first hand experience in the catering industry, so it is hardly surprising that we are the main supplier of catering staff to many well known, national contract catering concerns, as well as numerous local establishments.

These are, in our view, the main attributes required of any member of a catering brigade.
Our catering personnel are assessed for these attributes before being introduced to our
catering clients. In addition, they have to complete a medical questionnaire and provide us
with satisfactory employment references. Food Hygiene certificates are examined and copies
are kept on file.
From an Executive Chef to a General Assistant
We are experienced in providing most categories of catering personnel at very short notice.
We can supply teams of staff for functions or just one person to help out in an emergency.
24 Hour Service
Our 24 hour service is there whenever you have a requirement, so you need not worry if one of
your staff does not turn up at the weekend or first thing in the morning. You can call on us at
any time of day or night and we will do our utmost to provide you with a temporary staff member
just on time, every time.
