Selection and Assessment
Our consultants are trained in the art of interviewing and selection. Before recommending candidates
to clients, attention is paid to every detail of the requirement, including skills, personality type and
long term objectives. Skills are assessed by us on the latest software. We currently test for competence
in the most commonly used computer packages. Temporary staff have references taken on them from previous
employers, before being assigned to clients.
