We maintain an extensive database of candidates, from which we may be able to identify the ideal
candidates for your shortlist. The majority of these candidates will already have been assessed by us
following an in-depth interview with one of our consultants. Particular attention is paid throughout
the interviewing process to identify the candidates' strengths, their long term objectives and the role
to which they would be most suited.
Assignment Based Selection
Our clients often ask us to advertise on their behalf in the most appropriate media to attract
candidates with the more specialist skills and experience. All advertisements carry our logo and
contact address so that all enquiries are processed by us. Initial interviews are conducted by us,
following which a shortlist of thoroughly screened candidates who match the job and person specification
is presented to clients. We can at this stage bring into play an array of psychometric testing procedures
if a client wishes. Detailed portfolios are then produced and suitable times are arranged for clients to
meet shortlisted candidates.
Special Projects
