Champion HR uses the most up to date interviewing and assessment techniques. Before recommending candidates, attention is paid to the skills and competencies required by clients. We aim to provide a short list of candidates who fulfil the individual requirements of both the role and the client. We are able to tailor our selection and assessment processes to meet individual requirements, with techniques including Behaviour-based Interviewing and Psychometric testing.
